Conveniently positioned, the villa is within easy reach of some of the island’s top destinations: Oistins, The Crane, Six Roads and the East Coast. The vibrant capital of Bridgetown lies just 20 minutes away, while the international airport is even closer—ensuring a seamless arrival into paradise.

This architectural masterpiece spans three floors, crowned by a rooftop terrace designed for sunset soirées, private gatherings or quiet evenings under the stars. The sweeping wraparound terrace provides postcard-perfect views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding landscapes.

Inside, high ceilings and expansive spaces embrace natural light. State-of-the-art fittings define each of the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. At the heart of the home lies a striking island kitchen and bar, fully equipped for culinary indulgence—whether you wish to cook or allow the dedicated in-house chef to prepare fresh, island-inspired meals.

An integrated surround sound system lets you fill the villa with music, creating an effortless ambience for relaxation or celebration.

    Payments

    All card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never collected, seen, or stored by this website. We receive confirmation of what was paid.

    How form submissions reach us

    Booking-form submissions are transmitted to our inbox by FormSubmit, our form delivery service.

    How we use your information

    We use your information only to respond to your request, confirm and manage your booking, arrange your services and experiences, and communicate with you about your stay.

    Sharing

    We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services that make the booking work — our payment processor, Stripe, and our form delivery service, FormSubmit — or when the law requires it.

    Cookies and tracking

    This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe's own pages, which handle payment, operate under Stripe's privacy policy.

    Terms of Service

    Booking requests

    Submitting the form sends a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to you personally and confirm your dates.

    Deposit and payment

    A stay deposit of $250 is payable through Stripe and holds your dates once your booking is confirmed. Services and experiences you add can be paid for together with the deposit in one checkout. If we cannot confirm your requested dates, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

    Prices

    All prices on this site are in US dollars.

    Services and experiences

    Each service and experience is arranged and its time confirmed with you personally. Outdoor experiences — including the yacht cruise, snorkeling, and surfing — depend on weather and sea conditions and may be rescheduled for safety.

    Rentals

    Car rental requires a valid driver's license held by the renter. Bicycle and car rentals are used at the renter's own risk and must be returned in the condition received, fair wear excepted.

    Cancellations

    Cancellation terms for your booking are confirmed with you personally as part of your booking confirmation.
